The Cardbus upgrade card is based on a Philips multinorm chip set SAA 7131 and provides high-quality DVB-T and analogue TV reception (cable and terrestrial) and is suitable for connecting of analogue video sources to the PC. Both digital and analogue TV and external video sources can be recorded and viewed with stereo sound (VHS/S-VHS).

The “multi-streaming technology” allows TV and external video sources to be viewed at the same time. The integrated FM tuner rounds off the product with a stereo radio receiver.

The enclosed application software allows the user to edit videos.
