Returns Policy

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk

You may return any items purchased from us within 7 days of receipt for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. The goods must be unused and 'as new' in their original box and packaging including all manuals and accessories. You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

All goods must be received within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel. In all cases it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods received back 'as new' but incomplete with missing components and accessories will incur charges. Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you.

You must request an RMA number prior to returning any item. This can be done via email quoting your order number, address and postcode plus details of the items you wish to return. We will only issue RMA numbers on recognised purchases. If goods are sent back to us without an RMA number then it is unlikely that we will be able to trace it and issue you with a refund.

Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the packaging and a slip of paper with this on together with the items that you are returning in the original packaging or equivalent.

Ensure that the packaging is adequate to prevent damage in transit and do please obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in returned post, i.e. the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We process returns immediately as they arrive, however, during exceptionally busy periods please allow 5 working days for your returned items to be processed and refunded.
